Last year we did a major backyard pool renovation project. Seaway Pools, in particular Craig, was great in helping us with the planning of the project. He provided good advice and patiently answered our questions. Seaway also came through for us when it came to the project implementation. The work was completed on time and on budget.

Even under COVID 19 restrictions, they sent a great tech who quickly figured out what was wrong & also noticed something else that “looked like it will cause issues in the near future”. He went and grabbed some parts, returned and fixed everything. Saved my pump from having to be replaced in the near future. Having a hot tub during isolation, priceless.

The General Manager (Gary Kahoon) was so knowledgeable and actually took the time to go over the various models and what would be best fit for our yard and purposes.
