Pool builders in Toronto

When shopping around for pool builders in Toronto you obviously want a company that is reputable and reliable, and like everyone, you want a quality product that is built well, and serviced properly.  Look no further…at Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs we’ve been designing and building swimming pools in the Greater Toronto Area for 35 years – that’s more than three decades of swimming pool sales, construction, and customer service.  It stems from our commitment to three fundamental principles:  selling premium products, expediting quality installations, and delivering service excellence.  Simply put, we are industry leaders for good reason.

We are members of The Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada, and we readily abide by their code of ethics, while we perform within the highest standards of workmanship.  We also belong to the IPG Group (a leader in the pool and hot tub industry), through which we offer a range of quality products and services to our customers.  At Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs, we stock the quality products considered to be the best in the industry.  We represent manufacturers like Kafko™ Pool Products, who are leaders in residential vinyl-liner swimming pools.  And we are part of the Kafko™ Pro Builder Network, a membership based group that encompasses swimming pool professionals who share a commitment to be the best.

Most importantly, we stand behind each of our manufacturer’s product warrantees, and that means NO “fine print” conditions.  Our commitment to these warrantees includes all of the products, parts, and equipment that we sell and service, whether it is for new pool construction, a renovation or retrofit, or ongoing repairs and maintenance.

As quality pool builders in Toronto, Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs appreciates the substantial investment you are about to make.  We have the extensive experience and expertise that comes from thousands of pool installations, and we have the skilled construction teams that will deliver a seamless building process using only best construction practices.  Indeed, many of our customers rely on us for more than just new pool construction – we install replacement pool liners; we remove and replace old concrete around the pool; and we design and install water features, fire features, and lighting.  In fact, once we are onsite, the possibilities are endless and only limited by your imagination and ours.

When we say seamless, we’re talking about a hassle-free process that takes you from design to construction as we create the backyard of your dreams.  We start things off with a landscape design that provides an overall concept of the completed project.  One of our pool specialists works with you to determine your needs, your wants and your budget, and our designer then incorporates all of the requisites into an initial plan.  At this stage, we have the opportunity to fine-tune ideas and enhance various aspects of the project.  This is your dream backyard – you may want a freestanding cabana; perhaps a waterfall feature; maybe even custom stonework and lighting.  Whatever it is, we’ll help to make your dream come true.

For those with budgetary concerns, an aboveground swimming may be the perfect answer – this is a cost-effective option that let’s you enjoy everything a swimming pool has to offer, while remaining within your budget.  Best of all, there’s no need to sacrifice quality – all above ground pools (vinyl-lined) are made in Canada, and designed for the weather extremes of our Canadian climate – in other words, they’re built to withstand the elements.  As for installation, our skilled teams always work based on best construction practices, respect for local by-laws, and recognition of standardized building codes.  You can rest assured that all of our aboveground pool packages come with the highest quality equipment, premium fittings (including shut-off valves) and the best water care packages available.  Incidentally, if you do choose to install yourself, we always have a great selection of aboveground pool kits that are available for quick delivery.

Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs are also known as leaders in vinyl-lined in-ground pools.  We guarantee the structural integrity of our swimming pools because our approach to construction is so comprehensive – with a two-stage concrete bottom, galvanized steel, polymer walls and a customized “true-fit” vinyl liner.  As well, our in-ground pools are back-filled with gravel in order to make sure that proper drainage is achieved.  And when we talk about quality control, we mean it – Craig Walters (President and owner), supervises every project from beginning to end.  It just adds that extra dose of integrity to everything we do.

Whatever the project, our customer service commitment remains solid.  It continues into what we call the “after-market” period, and is designed to provide a service feature well after the initial installation is completed.  Of course, our people will run through an initial orientation presentation so that everyone in the household understands the operation, the maintenance, and the safety aspects of the newly installed equipment.  But there’s more – between our two retail stores (located in Markham and Newmarket), we stock almost everything you’ll need in terms of parts, equipment and paraphernalia – even when it comes to those unfortunate emergency situations.  You’ll find our retail staff to be well informed with our products, and well educated in water chemistry – they’re always able to provide guidance on any number of issues.  You can even request a detailed water analysis at no charge every time we test your water.

As pool builders in Toronto, we know that every company likes to consider themselves the BEST.  At Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs, we just see ourselves as very passionate about what we do – we want to create long lasting relationships with our customers, and we want to ensure their satisfaction for years to come.  That’s probably why we have so many repeat customers, and why we just don’t see ourselves as your average swimming pool company.
