Inground Pools in Toronto

There’s no shortage of companies building inground pools in Toronto.  The important thing to remember is that not all companies are created equal.  At Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs, we’ve been designing and constructing inground pools for years.  We’ve built thousands of pools, satisfied thousands of customers, and have won a number of industry awards along the way.  Whether the project is big or small, simple or complex, we do our best to understand the customer’s needs, and to make sure that customer satisfaction remains at the forefront.

The team at Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs appreciates the significance of a pool purchase and the investment involved.  An inground swimming pool is a big deal and a big commitment – it’s therefore critical to hire a company that is established, reliable and reputable.  As for us, we sell and install only quality products; we build everything professionally; and we provide excellent service.  We’ve been designing and building inground pools throughout the GTA for 35 years, and we’ve built a reputation for quality in everything we do, and everywhere we go.

An inground pool project for Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs could take various forms:  it could be a completely new build, a renovation, or a retrofit.  In fact, many of our customers return to us after their original project work has been completed.  They may want to rebuild concrete around their existing pool – they may want to make upgrades with some new water or lighting features – or, they may just want to replace aging parts and do some retrofitting.  Whatever the need, we’re available to service the need, and maintain our high level of customer service.

Regardless of project scope, we begin with a detailed plan and overall concept.  Our concept design provides a realistic vision of the finished pool and the surrounding environment.  Our staff works with you to identify the physical needs of the project, as well as your personal wants and wishes.  We also consider the budget and how best to provide maximum value.  All things considered, the design team comes up with ideas and options that are viable – even including special features like custom waterfalls, patterned stonework, or unique lighting.

At Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs, we do our best to create the swimming pool of your dreams.  Our reputation for designing and building inground pools in Toronto is well recognized.  We are members of The Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada; we abide by their code of ethics; and we are committed to their high standards of excellence.  We also belong to the IPG Group, selling and installing their wide range of quality products.  Above all, we stand behind everything we do, with product warrantees to match, and an installation guarantee that assures satisfaction.

We are also affiliated with the Kafko™ Pro Builder Network – a member-based association of swimming pool professionals who are committed to being the best in the business.  As such, we back all of the products, parts and equipment that we sell, without focusing on “fine print” conditions that are so common in the industry.  More importantly, we bring you a seamless approach to your swimming pool project – one that starts at the design stage, continues with the construction phase, and ends with “after-market” service long after the construction.

Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs leads the way when it comes to vinyl-lined inground pools.  We guarantee the “structural integrity” of every inground swimming pool we build.  We install a two-stage concrete bottom – we build with galvanized steel – and we customize the vinyl liner to perfectly fit the pool.  We also back-fill with gravel to ensure optimum drainage.  Nothing is overlooked – even our quality control is comprehensive – our President and company owner, Craig Walters, oversees the project and gives his stamp of approval as an added measure.

When it comes to construction, our install teams are professional.  They are committed to best construction practices; they don’t take unnecessary construction shortcuts; they respect local by-laws; and they follow the building code.  We use only quality parts, fittings and shut-off valves, as well as water care products that deliver the optimum in performance.  And when the construction work is complete, we continue to provide any required after-market service with a staff that is well trained and able to address issues and problems that may come up.

Whichever inground swimming pool you choose, we provide service and support throughout the life of the project.  And when its time to open the pool, we offer an orientation session to ensure that everything gets off to a great start.   Our team will make certain that everyone understands the basic operation of the pool, the various aspects of routine maintenance, and the importance of safety protocols in and around the new swimming pool.  This is also a good opportunity to ask questions about special features, equipment, or the new environment.

Regular, routine pool maintenance is vital.  Many pool owners undertake this responsibility on their own, while others rely on our maintenance team for a variety of services.  For day-to-day needs, we have two retail outlets (one located in Markham, the other in Newmarket).  Both locations carry practically everything – parts, equipment, supplies and accessories.  And our staff is ready to help, with advice and guidance on virtually any pool issue.  Best of all, is our lifetime water analysis, which is available free of charge, anytime you need, at either store.

As established builders of inground pools in Toronto, we see ourselves as a different kind of company.  We’re passionate about everything we design and build – we try our best to create long lasting customer relationships – and we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction for years to come.  That’s why we have so many repeat customers, and so much referral business.  You just can’t go wrong when the focus is on quality – with the best products on the market, superior workmanship, and customer service and support that is always at the forefront.
